I have never watched a single episode of Star Trek in any of its many iterations, nor have I seen any of the films. Just never had any interest.

  Salute. I’m the same way with all the Marvel/DC/Superhero stuff (except Batman). But like any good sci-fi, Star Trek is an acquired taste . And honestly, the franchise really only works on severe limitations (I.e. low budget, episodic, and deals with a complicated moral/political situation) which is why current Trek doesn’t work
